Simple raw is my diet of choice. To lose the weight quickly and stay on the program, I am only eating raw fruits and vegetables. I am keeping my calories between 1000 and 1200 calories per day.

Counting calories, points, or whatnot just doesn’t work for me. With my busy life, I just can’t be bothered with any more nonsense. I enjoy grabbing ready to eat food for the simplicity and ease rather than bothering with blending, mixing, juicing, etc. Fruits and veggies come prepackaged by nature and ready to eat. No muss, no fuss works great when walking out the door to school, in the car driving, and when working on the computer.
While studying, I find I can munch on carrots, berries, or other fruits, although grapefruit and the laptop do present a bit of a challenge (not insurmountable, but a challenge nonetheless). This way, eating doesn’t interfere with my study time. Actually, I am finding eating raw saves me valuable time. When I hit the grocery store, I only need to shop the produce section (right up front) rather than the aisles. There are also no pots or pans to clean up so mess is minimalized. The no cook time, shortened shopping time, and microscopic clean up time really helps.
