Definition of Strategies
Butt Kickers
Fast Weight Loss
To join this group a member must have completed their first month of weight loss support with Carlene. If their needs fit a tough butt kicking structure, and they know they can handle the tough boot camp mentality, then after careful consideration by Carlene, they will be allowed into this group. This is for fast weight loss only. Double digit losses each month is expected from all who join. There are no days off, and 90 minutes of cardio in a member's fat burn heart rate zone is required. 2 hours is preferred. A member can lose 60 - 100 lbs in 6 months.
Fast Weight Loss
This group is for members who can work for fast weight loss without as much pulling and screaming from Carlene. Structure is still there, as is support, but it is not as tough. To remain in this group, double digit losses each month are required. 90 minutes of cardio in a member's fat burn heart rate is required after the first month of weight loss support. 2 hours are recommened. A member can lose 60 - 100 lbs in 6 months.
Steady Weight Loss
Not everyone can do Fast Weight Loss. Not everyone should. The steady programs are about consistency more than speed to get to a goal. It is also a great place for those doing a fast weight loss program to take a break and spend a month going after the smaller losses. A 5 pound a month minimum weight loss is expected from everyone in weight loss mode. A member can lose 30-50 lbs this way in 6 months.
Discovery/Transition
This group is not about weight loss. It is about discovering the right diet for each individual member. A member can be in discovery mode from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on their specific needs. Together we will examine what type of diet will be sustainable for life, and then work from there to design an individualized program for weight loss that can easily be switched up to maintenance.
All Raw
This is a low fat simple raw food plan. Please see the Diet options at Raw Food Boot Camp
Mostly Raw Food
This is a high raw diet. Members will eat 70-99% of their diet as whole raw foods. Please see the Diet options at Raw Food Boot Camp
Individualized
Raw food is not for everyone, and as Carlene supports all obese men and women in their quest for health all sound diet plans are accepted for weight loss. Fasting, Liquid diets, and all protein diets are not supported. Carlene believes in whole clean foods and promotes healthy eating plans. She works with each person who wants to do an individualized plan to find the perfect life-long sustainable diet. All members who join on this diet plan will do a minimum of 2 weeks of discovery.
