The Rules
These are the rules of Raw Food Boot Camp. Either you abide by the rules or your membership will be canceled. Some of these rules are the originals, others have had to be implemented to keep people motivated and activily involved in their weight loss.
This is a part-time job. Don't come here thinking you can devote a couple minutes a week or even a day to this program. If you want to succeed, making this program a major part of your life is mandatory. You need to wake up knowing you are accountable to this program. That means instead of lying in bed, you need to get up and get in your daily exercise. It may require you get up an hour early in the morning, or that your lunch break become your check-in time at camp.
The Rules
These are the rules of Raw Food Boot Camp.
They are word for word from the contract you sign.
The participant in signing this contract agrees to the following:
- Will participate at the support level you selected for the complete program. – No days off regardless.
- Will record weight at web page as supplied by RFBC on the days assigned by your support option.
- Will supply RFBC with After photos in format, setting, and pose as requested.
- Will record before and after body measurements to web page as supplied by RFBC.
- Will offer daily support to other participants in program via a forum/board provided by RFBC.
- Will stick to the diet as outlined for the level of raw they chose.
- Will walk for 1 hour every day.
- Will agree to the Contract Packet, Testimony Release form, Assumption of Risk form and Liability Waiver form prior to starting this program.
- Will not break raw (cheat) on this program without first asking permission from RFBC.
- Will not use inclement weather as excuse not to exercise.
- Will participate in workshop like discussions/assignments presented by RFBC.
- Will not water or juice fast, or do any other type of extreme cleanse during these 4 weeks.
- Will not discuss religion or politics on forum boards.
- Will not quit the program before the end of the program without first contacting RFBC.
- At end of program or cessation of participation, the participant will supply RFBC with the following:
- Three new photos in same clothes, location and poses as before photos if 75% of program is completed.
- A Final Statement to put on Public pages required from all participants regardless of % of program completed.
- Will never treat any advice offered as professional advice keeping in mind that anything offered is based on personal opinion and will always remember no one at RFBC is a medical, nutritional, mental health or fitness professional.
What this program offers: Support for a low fat, low GI fruit raw diet and exercise program.Daily group and/or individual support will be offered by other participants and Carlene Jones or an RFBC counselor selected at Carlene’s discretion.
What this program does not offer:
- RFBC will not supply any food, food preparation equipment, books or other types of materials, exercise equipment or any type of services other than support.
- RFBC will not support any diets other than that outlined as our official RFBC programs.
- Although other exercise is allowed on this program, and you are free to discuss this amongst other participants, RFBC will only support the hour of walking that is required.
Causes for Termination:
Regardless of any fees paid or services offered, continual participation is not a guarantee. Participant can lose his/her right to participate for the following reasons:
- Does not follow the program as outlined.
- Does not participate daily.
- Is discourteous to others or causes dissention at camp.
- Discusses religion or politics at forum.
- Violates the privacy of other members.
