Wow, wow, wow! Polly is shrinking daily. She has us all in awe. Her body is tall and ever so close to be called, lean. Tall and lean, our Polly machine! She’s amazing.
Don’t forget, she does our Wholy Rawker diet and walks 45 minutes a day. Look at the change in this woman. You would not think it was the same woman. She is just beautiful.
And she is only 2.4 lbs from Onederland. With having to lose 82.4 lbs to get there, this is going to be a big event. Seeing that 199 on the scale for the first time in a very long time, is rather emotional. We’ll be there for her, rooting her on, reminding her that once you cross over into the 100’s there is no going back. Not ever!

Polly Hits 70 lbs Gone in 4 Months 1 Week!
Wow! That’s all any of us can say as we watch Polly drop these pounds. We can barely keep up with her, and let me remind you, she is doing our Wholy Rawkers diet, and not our Rawk Starz Diva program. And, and, she doesn’t always get her walking in and yet, the pounds keep falling. Now, she is very tall, but still, this diet was made for her. Her body loves it, is thriving on it, and since she is doing Wholy Rawkers, when she hits her goal, which by the look of her is not going to be all that far off, she is going to slip into maintenance without much trouble at all.
She told me when she did these photos that there wasn’t much of a difference between them and her 60 lbs gone. She thought we should wait. Man, was she wrong. There is a big difference. From here on out, she’s going to wear tighter shirts and let you and her see the huge difference this program has made for her.
We are all so inspired by her progress. I think you will be too.

Polly is doing our Wholy Rawkers diet, so she is setting record after record here at RFBC. While the Wholy Rawker diet is the same calories, historically, women have not lost as fast on it as they do our Rawk Starz diet. Polly is our exception. We are all so proud of her.
And then there are these amazing before and afters. I have to admit, they even took me by surprise. Wow. She looks amazing. I can only imagine the continued changes as she makes her way to goal.
You know, I’m the first to admit, RFBC isn’t for everyone, but for those, like Polly, who come here and truly embrace what we do. It’s pretty amazing. Polly, is pretty amazing.

Polly’s 40 lbs Gone in 7 Weeks Before and Afters
Okay, so here is the thing about Polly. She’s doing our Wholy Rawkers diet!! I know, I know, 40 lbs in 7 Weeks! That’s crazy on a half raw diet. Yes, we work with calories. 1200 calories a day, but it seems our 1200 Rawk Starz calories give faster loss than 1200 calories with cooked food. Whether you want to believe this or not, 9 years of testing has proven to us that not all calories are burned the same. Then comes Polly, and throws all that data to the wind and surpasses even our Rawk Starz expectations.
Her Wholy Rawker diet is spot on, her walking always there. She has been perfect to her plan since day one. She has no doubts she wants this, no doubts she can do this. She came, and she will conquer.
Polly is a shiny voice in our conversation threads. I think even she is in awe of her great success. When she joined, she knew she would do the Wholy Rawker diet, so didn’t sign up for the 50 lb Challenge. After she graciously offered to show her face to give you our readers another opportunity to watch her journey, I offered her the challenge, and she is taking it.
Polly will hit 50 lbs gone long before the 12 weeks it takes to win the challenge. Everyone at camp is watching her and feeling inspired and motivated to stay to their plan regardless if it’s the Rawk Starz, Butt Kicker or Wholy Rawker plan. She is living proof. Trust the process, do the work, and reap the rewards.

Polly Hits 25 lbs Gone her First 4 Weeks
It is not that uncommon for newbies doing our Rawk Starz diet to hit 25 lbs gone their first 4 weeks. Polly, doesn’t do our Rawk Starz diet, she is doing our Wholy Rawker’s diet. Her steadfastness to this diet has been perfect. Her attitude has been, just do it all the way. I have no doubts she is ready to take this all the way.
