Coach Carlene’s Fast Weight Loss Boot Camp is open to all women who need to lose weight regardless of age (over 18), race, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, or faith. Carlene herself has always been an advocate for the well-being and rights of all women. We are a group of diverse women from all over the world. Intolerance at Carlene’s Fast Weight Loss Boot Camp is not allowed and we have a strict no politics no religion talk on our boards. 

All Carlene’s programs are geared toward obese women. All who join need to follow our plans that are designed to help obese women lose weight fast and to beat obesity. 

Everyone’s first month will have two audios a day. Oreintation Audios to help you understand and properly do our program. And our regular groups daily audios.

Your first two weeks of camp you are required to send Carlene screenshots of your daily food logs so she and you can be sure you are doing things correctly for fast weight loss. After that, Carlene will periodically ask to see 3 or 4 days of logs, so keep them up to date.

Carlene expects you to know all the rules of your chosen diet before starting. There are no deviations allowed.

Be prepared to start walking day 1. You have a month to build up to the 2 hours. If you have hip, knee or ankle problems, email Carlene before joining. Not enough time isn’t a valid excuse. You have to be able to treat this program and your effort as a part-time job.

Daily accountability and participation is mandatory. If you have a vacation planned for this month, don’t signup until you’re back. This is an all-in program.

Understand that while Carlene understands how hard it is to do this program, how hard it is to stay committed and persevere, she will be on you when you come to her with excuses and justifications. Don’t take it personally. She has learned when she becomes complacent, the women who are fighting hard to beat obesity become complacent as well. The biggest successes at RFBC came when Carlene was in full drill sergeant mode.

For $$$ incentives, goal is registered when you hit a BMI of 24 or less.

Decide if you’re going to be a Shared Photo or No Photo member. You’ve seen all of our before and afters. Those women did the shared photo option and saved the $50 a month. Unless you are going for the $$$ Incentives, I will crop off your head before uploading the photos. Please don’t do that yourself, let me. I will send you instructions on how to take those photos. If you are going to do the $$$ Incentives, you must be willing to show your face and do a journal page starting at 50 lbs gone. Until then, I will cut off your head in the photos. So if you don’t win the challenge, you don’t have to show your face.

If you don’t want to share your photos, before you decide for sure, think about what drew you to RFBC. It was all the women who showed their photos. Those photos are a goldmine, not just for RFBC, but for all women who have lost hope that they can beat their obesity. Over the years, I have received so many thank you emails from women who never joined RFBC but were motivated by our women’s before and afters and journey pages. That is a major reason I reward shared photo members.

No-Photo members are not eligible for the $$$ or Milestone incentives.

$149 per month for Shared Photos
$199 per month for our No Photo option

If you sign up as a shared photo member, your photos are due by Wednesday of your Orientation Week.

If you sign up as a no photo member or you do not send your photos to Carlene by the Wednesday of your first Orientation Week, if you decide to work with Carlene in the future, you will have to pay the $50 over the Shared Photo cost. So if you think there’s a chance you want to work with Carlene after Orientation get her those photos. If you don’t continue, no problem, they’ll never see the web in any way shape or form.

Per Doctors this is the BMI Chart for Women

Healthy weight: 18.5–24.9
Underweight: Below 18.5
Overweight: 25.0–29.9
Obese: 30.0 and higher

These ranges of BMI are used to describe levels of risk:

Overweight (not obese), if BMI is 25.0 to 29.9.
Class 1 (low-risk) obesity, if BMI is 30.0 to 34.9.
Class 2 (moderate-risk) obesity, if BMI is 35.0 to 39.9.
Class 3 (high-risk) obesity, if BMI is equal to or greater than 40.0.

Just To Know

Based on your height here are the weights associated with healthy BMIs. Thy are calculated based on how you entered your weight as either pounds, kg, or stones.

Carlene will not support an obese woman to go below a BMI of 20.

For goal Carlene believes a good BMI to start transitioning to a 1300 calorie plan is 25. Then to call goal somewhere between a BMI of 23 and 24.

Qualification To Join Coach Carlene's Boot Camp

To qualify for Boot Camp you must be at a BMI of 31.5 or more. This camp was created and is designed to help the obese. I know officially you're obese at a 30 BMI, but we start at 31.5. As I was calculating this, I realized that almost all the women who come to camp qualified under this measurement.

Your Current BMI does not meet our standards of a BMI of 31.5 or more. If you feel you have special circumstances where your BMI is 30 or more, email Carlene to explain. This Boot Camp is for the Obese. And while a BMI of 30 is considered obese, we go by 31.5. Sorry.
