Cathy Hits 70 lbs Gone in 7 Months!

Wow, what can we say about Cathy, she just inspires everyone. As you can see by her newest before and after’s she’s a biker. Now biking doesn’t work for weight loss, so she walks as well as bikes each day. Why? Because she is going to do a week long bike trip. Look at the athlete she is!

Today’s audio and daily discussion was all about Cathy and how she didn’t wait to be skinny before going after her dreams. She’s been kayaking and hiking through her whole journey with us. She inspires everyone to seek out the adventurer within.

Not too long ago, when Cathy was out kayaking, she wrote and told me she was beginning to feel bad because she was always too far ahead of the others for both kayaking and hiking. She was always in power/exercise mode. I had to remind her that we get fit so we can enjoy things like kayaking and hiking, and to leave the exercise mindset for her walking.

Cathy is a prime example of what we hope women who come through camp will embrace. Life is to be lived, to be enjoyed, and not postponed.


Cathy does our Rawk Starz diet with a minimum of 1 hour of walking a day. And lots of biking!
