Do you eat out of emotions and want to stop? If so, then our Emotional Eating 101 on your own workshop is for you. Over the course of the five days you will identify the emotions you have control over, the ones that you sometimes have control over and the ones that seem beyond your control.
At Raw Food Boot Camp, in our efforts to break emotional eating, we strive to learn how to live with emotions rather than stuffing them down or numbing them with food. For some, this idea comes as an epiphany, for most it takes practice and work.
In the beginning, not eating over emotions and letting them play through can be scary, that is why this workshop is built in a step by step progression as you identify which emotions you can control.
Breaking emotional eating is a huge step in everyone’s final goal: To keep the weight off forever.
Each day of the workshop you will be shown an audio to listen to and a lesson that goes with that audio. You will fill out and submit forms with your answers. It is all private to you. No one will read or respond to what you write. You don’t have to finish the five days all at once if you don’t want to, but it is suggested that you do as doing one lesson every few days wouldn’t be very productive in breaking the emotional eating fat brain connection.
