Do you eat out of emotions and want to stop? If so, then our Emotional Eating 101 on your own workshop is for you. Over the course of the five days you will identify the emotions you have control over, the ones that you sometimes have control over and the ones that seem beyond your control.

At Raw Food Boot Camp, in our efforts to break emotional eating, we strive to learn how to live with emotions rather than stuffing them down or numbing them with food. For some, this idea comes as an epiphany, for most it takes practice and work.

In the beginning, not eating over emotions and letting them play through can be scary, that is why this workshop is built in a step by step progression as you identify which emotions you can control.

Breaking emotional eating is a huge step in everyone’s final goal: To keep the weight off forever.

Each day of the workshop you will be shown an audio to listen to and a lesson that goes with that audio. You will fill out and submit forms with your answers.  It is all private to you. No one will read or respond to what you write. You don’t have to finish the five days all at once if you don’t want to, but it is suggested that you do as doing one lesson every few days wouldn’t be very productive in breaking the emotional eating fat brain connection.

    Emotional Eating 101 will uncover and challenge long held, deeply rooted beliefs we have about food and ourselves. Carlene gave me hope that I can change my behaviors with food if I am willing to put in the work. No matter how long you’ve nurtured a love affair with food, there is hope for positive change in the area of emotional eating. And whether or not you think you’re an emotional eater, if you’re struggling with overweight/obesity, this workshop really is for you!

    Finally, I have control of emotional eating. I went through this course twice but understand it now. They are just emotions. Once you wrap your head around this, and have the tools to battle it, you can conquer this. I highly recommend this Emotional Eating course. Some of the exercises may seem repetitive, but this is why this course works. If you do the work required in this course, and implement the solutions, you WILL see results. I highly recommend this course.

    Carlene has amazing insight into emotional eating – why we do it and how we can overcome it. I have more control over my emotional responses now than previously, in all areas of my life, not just around food. I highly recommend this workshop for anyone who eats to alleviate/avoid emotions or who struggles to separate the food they eat from their life and day-to-day situation. This workshop not only gives you a deeper personal understanding of yourself but real tools to attain freedom from compulsive emotional eating.
