In our advanced Emotional Eating workshop, we work on facing the truth behind our emotional eating. Do we really need the food to calm the emotion or do we use the emotion to get to the food we feel deprived of.

That was my big epiphany that let me cut the cord between emotions and food. I realized I used my anger to justify getting my favorite taboo food. You know the one, it comes in a blue bag and only has 3 vegan ingredients. Oil, potatoes, salt!

When women do this workshop, some real revelations happen. We are so used to blaming emotions for our overeating that we have lost sight of which comes first the emotion or the desire for off plan foods.

This is a thinking woman’s workshop. You have to face some truths about how you manipulate yourself to get the foods you want. Some don’t want to face that truth, but those willing to explore the ideas in this workshop come out of it eyes wide open.

Each day of the workshop you will be given an audio to listen to and a lesson that goes with that audio. You will fill out and submit forms with your answers.  It is all private to you. No one will read or respond to what you write. You don’t have to finish the five days all at once if you don’t want to.

In fact, taking time to go over what you really are thinking when it comes to these manipulations is probably better.

Hold on to your hat. This workshop takes you for a ride as it makes you look at emotional eating in a whole new way.

    Emotional Eating 201: Respond Don’t React is full of amazing insights and a new look at the mechanisms of emotional eating. Carlene exposes the manipulative lies of the fat brain that keep us in the food and deprived of any hope to change. Before the Emotional Eating workshops, I truly did not believe I could change this part of myself. I really loved this workshop and the change it has brought in my beliefs and thought processes. I highly recommend it!

    This is the second emotional eating course and re-emphasizes the points initially, then teaches you how to ‘respond’ not re-act. Many times we eat over emotion before we even think about it. This course helps with these re-actions (over reactions) in response to eating ove emotions. Be prepared to put the work in to get the full effect of this course. You will not be disappointed.

    Oh my goodness! You must do this second part of the Emotional Eating series – it consolidates everything you learn in the first tutorial and is bound to lead you to a few “light bulb” realisations about your behaviours not only in relation to food but also to other areas of your life. Regain your power and move toward freedom from emotional eating. You can do this with Carlene’s help!
